Policies

Included in every reading:

• An audio recording (mp3, emailed to you)

• PDF or printed documents of all astrology charts

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking. This reserves your appointment time as well as the time needed to prepare for your reading. If you are long-distance (not in the Portland area) and wish to pay via check, please email me so that I know a check is on the way.

Payment is via PayPal or Stripe. Checks are accepted if received via mail in advance of the reading date.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will receive a full refund for cancellations made by that time.

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full amount is non-refundable. However, you may apply that amount toward your rescheduled reading. This policy does not apply in the case of an emergency. To cancel or reschedule less than two days ahead, please call me at (503) 890-4531.
